UPAM Engages Youth at Northern Summit

ANKPA, Nigeria, Sept 4, 2025 – The United Pan-Africanist Movement (UPAM) expanded its influence on Tuesday during the Northern Youth Summit in Ankpa, where leaders, government representatives, and youth delegates gathered to discuss empowerment, values, and sustainable development.

The summit was graced by the Ejeh of Ankpa as Royal Father of the Day, alongside representatives of the Commissioner of Police, Chief of Defense Staff, NCC Executive Vice Chairperson, NANS leaders, and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation. Key discussions focused on youth policy, innovation, and rehabilitation strategies to strengthen participation in national development.

UPAM described its attendance as a strategic step toward its forthcoming official launch, aimed at building long-term partnerships and securing wider support.

Africa Arise Summit

UPAM leaders also joined the Africa Arise Summit 2025, convened by Dr. Henry Dubem, Founder of The Golden Role Africa and lead facilitator of ARISE (Africa Active Restoration Initiative through Social Emancipation). The event recognized King Makers and Community Service Heroes for outstanding contributions, while youth talent from The Lioners Academy showcased the continent’s future leaders.

At the summit, UPAM delegates, including General Secretary Comr. Williams John, discussed partnership opportunities with organizers and reaffirmed the movement’s commitment to leadership rooted in service and Pan-African unity.

The United Pan-Africanist Movement said these engagements highlight its mission to mobilize youth, foster leadership, and expand its Pan-African vision ahead of its official programs and continental rollout.
